Changing the name of your SQL server

My company recently changed their standard naming conventions for computers, so yesterday I had to rename my workstation. Usually this isn’t a big deal, except that I’m running locally a default instance of SQL 2005 and a named instance of SQL 2008.Again, not a big deal since this is just my local playground.
