Using Direct2D with WPF

IntroductionWith Windows 7, Microsoft introduced a new technology called Direct2D (which is also supported on Windows Vista SP2 with the Platform Update installed). Looking through all its documentation, you'll notice it's aimed at Win32 developers; however, the Windows API Code Pack allows .NET developers to use the features of Windows 7 easily, with Direct2D being one of the features supported.
