NuGet Support in SharpDevelop

SharpDevelop 4.1 now includes support for NuGet. You can now add references to NuGet packages to your projects from SharpDevelop. Please be aware that SharpDevelop 4.1 and the NuGet support is still being developed so what is being shown here is a sneak preview.
